Last Wednesday, we hosted a Unite Students event to talk about gut health — and how a healthier gut can empower the way we live, study and show up for ourselves.  It was a small fireside chat, just ten people, but the kind that felt warm, honest and meaningful. Real stories. Real questions. Real connection. Everyone left a little lighter, a little more seen — and with handwritten notes of encouragement to themselves and each other. 💜  What made this even more special is that this event was curated by our amazing intern, Sania  She joined us for 9 weeks, full of ideas and heart, and this event was something she dreamed up during her interview. Seeing it come to life — and seeing students genuinely engage — made me so proud of her and so grateful for this community we’re building.  Tiny room. Big energy. And a reminder that inside-out wellness always starts with sharing and connecting.”

Yesterday, I trusted my gut and did something that really scared me… but felt right.

As someone pitching in my second language, speaking clearly, quickly and from the heart is still one of my biggest challenges.
But I pressed the bell. It rang. And I began.

My mum used to make this soup whenever I felt run-down or had tummy pain as a kid. She called it Yang Wei Tang 养胃汤 “to nourish the gut.”
