At Cecii, we aim to deliver your gut-loving Super Bio Shots to you as fresh and fast as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

Where We Ship

We currently offer UK-wide shipping only.
If you're based outside the UK and would love to try Cecii, let us know — we’re working on it!

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
You’ll receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Method

We ship all orders via Royal Mail First Class or an equivalent 24-hour service to ensure fast delivery.
All our Super Bio Shots are packed in thermal protective packaging to maintain quality and freshness during transit.

Free shipping on orders over £50

Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders usually arrive within 1–2 business days.
Please note: delivery times may vary during peak periods, strikes, or due to courier delays beyond our control.

Missed or Delayed Deliveries

If your order hasn’t arrived within 5 business days, please contact us at team@ceciihealth.com with your order number, and we’ll do our best to help.

Important Notes

Ensure someone is available to receive the parcel on the expected delivery day.
Because our juice shots are perishable, they should be refrigerated upon arrival.
We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes or lockers.
