At Cecii, we craft every Super Bio Shot with care and intention. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases. However, we’re here to make things right if something goes wrong.
2. Damaged, Spoiled or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at team@ceciihealth.com. Be sure to include:

If eligible, we’ll offer a full refund or a replacement — whichever you prefer.
3. Refund Process & Timeframe
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are not issued for taste preferences or incorrect storage after delivery
