This gut-loving chia jar is refreshing and fruity, keeps me full all morning and gives me over 60% of my daily fibre intake!

🥄 Recipe (1 serving):
30g chia seeds
60ml Cecii beetroot & raspberry shot
120ml goji berry water (1 tsp goji berries soaked in hot water)
1- 2 tsp Manuka honey
🥭 Toppings:
½ fresh mango (cubed)
2 tbsp fresh watermelon
2 tbsp yogurt (plant or dairy)
2 tbsp grated frozen watermelon
2–3 mint leaves
Optional: 1 tbsp toasted seeds for crunch

🥗 Plate 1: mint, lime, apple, asparagus, edamame, onion, olive oil
🍅 Plate 2: tomato, cucumber, parsley, pomegranate, basil, lemon, onion
🌶️ Kimchi: cabbage, daikon, carrot, apple, garlic, ginger, spring onion, chilli, cauliflower leaves, rice flour
🌰 Add-ons: cashews, pumpkin seeds, berries
