Last Wednesday, we hosted a Unite Students event to talk about gut health — and how a healthier gut can empower the way we live, study and show up for ourselves.  It was a small fireside chat, just ten people, but the kind that felt warm, honest and meaningful. Real stories. Real questions. Real connection. Everyone left a little lighter, a little more seen — and with handwritten notes of encouragement to themselves and each other. 💜  What made this even more special is that this event was curated by our amazing intern, Sania  She joined us for 9 weeks, full of ideas and heart, and this event was something she dreamed up during her interview. Seeing it come to life — and seeing students genuinely engage — made me so proud of her and so grateful for this community we’re building.  Tiny room. Big energy. And a reminder that inside-out wellness always starts with sharing and connecting.”
